AI STUDIO
AI Studio 条款
当您购买或使用 Blink AI Studio 时，本 AI Studio 条款与本条款和条件的其他部分一并适用。尽管下述应用控制已实施，公开上线仍须通过服务提供商、隐私、法律、会计及预发布环境审批。
Studio Pass 与渲染积分
A$10（含 GST）可购买 10 个渲染积分。每次生成请求使用 1 个渲染积分。购买时显示的价格和积分数量会与该次购买一并记录。
- 渲染积分归购买积分的 Blink 账户所有，不可转让、无现金价值且不可转售。
- 未使用的渲染积分不会过期。
- 渲染积分仅可用于 AI Studio 生成，不能用于支付百叶窗、窗帘、配送、安装或其他 Studio Pass。
- 之后每次购买 A$10 补充包可获得 10 个渲染积分，但不会再获得促销订单优惠券。
首次 Pass 促销订单优惠券
首次符合条件的 Studio Pass 购买会附带一张独立的 A$10 促销订单优惠券。它是限时的首次购买营销优惠和订单折扣，不是通用礼品卡，也不是渲染积分。
- 优惠券与购买人的账户绑定，仅可由该客户使用一次。
- 仅当含 GST 的合资格定制百叶窗或窗帘商品小计在使用优惠券前达到 A$250 时方可使用；配送和安装费用不计入门槛。
- 不可与其他促销、折扣码或优惠券组合或叠加使用。
- 不可用于购买 Studio 积分，不可兑换现金，也不会形成现金余额。
- 优惠券自发放之日起 90 天后到期；发放日和到期日会显示在客户账户及优惠券邮件中。
- 如果相关 Studio Pass 被退款、撤销或发生付款争议，Blink 可撤销尚未使用的优惠券。您的法定权利不受影响。
技术故障、结果报告与退款
如发生技术故障、服务提供商故障，或生成在提供可用结果前被阻止，系统将自动恢复已扣除的渲染积分。该恢复属于服务流程，无需另行联系支持团队。
- 客户可通过 Studio 的报告功能就每个生成结果提交一次质量报告。
- Blink 可逐一审核报告及可用的非图像服务记录，并可就该结果最多补发 1 个替代积分；提交报告并不自动产生现金退款。
- 符合条件且未使用的 Studio Pass 可通过页面所示退款流程申请退款，但需通过付款及权益使用检查。
- 付款争议由付款服务提供商处理，相关 Studio 权益可能被暂停或撤销。
- 本流程不限制您根据澳大利亚消费者法或其他适用法律可获得的任何救济。
上传、安全与 Studio 使用权
您只能上传自己有权使用及处理的房间或物业照片；如照片中有可识别的人士，您必须取得其同意。
- 登录前，所选房间照片只会作为私密本地草稿保存在此浏览器中，最长 24 小时，不会上传到 Blink。
- 模糊预览只是用于确认房间和目录选择的占位画面，不是 AI 输出，也不会使用工作室积分。
- 只有在您登录、拥有可用工作室积分并继续后才会安全上传。需要登录账户，但无需单独完成工作室邮箱验证。
- 请勿上传涉及儿童、私密或色情内容、暴力、违法活动、仇恨、骚扰或剥削的内容。
- 请勿上传侵犯隐私、著作权、商标或其他权利、包含恶意代码，或企图绕过安全控制的内容。
- 请避免上传包含面孔、身份证件、财务信息、健康信息或其他不必要敏感资料的图像。
- 上传内容首先通过短期上传合约进入私密暂存区。通过预处理后，Blink 会保留私密的已接受的原始文件，并另外建立标准化生成副本；暂存清理及基于期限的删除由定期、可重试的维护执行。
- 标准化生成副本会重新编码，受支持的 EXIF 或 GPS 元数据不会带入该副本。但私密的已接受的原始文件可能保留嵌入式元数据，因此请在上传前自行移除敏感元数据，并在需要时使用账户删除控制。
- Blink 及经批准的服务提供商可自动检查输入和输出，以进行安全、欺诈、滥用及服务安全控制。
- Blink 可拒绝或删除违禁内容，并因滥用而暂停 AI Studio 使用权。仅暂停 Studio 本身不会同时暂停普通 Blink 购物。
您的内容与有限处理许可
您保留自己对上传照片和生成结果拥有的任何权利。您有责任确保提交内容所需的权利和许可已经取得。
- 您授予 Blink 非独占、全球性、免版税的许可，仅在运营、保护、审核、支持及删除 Studio 项目所需范围内托管、复制、传输、调整和处理内容。
- 该有限许可允许 Blink 仅为上述目的将内容发送给经批准的存储、安全及 AI 服务提供商。
- Blink 不主张拥有您的房间照片或生成结果；未经您另行明确同意，Blink 不会将其用于 Blink 营销或 AI 模型训练。
- AI 生成内容可能不具备排他性知识产权，Blink 不保证结果具有唯一性或与其他内容完全不同。
示意性可视化与产品规格
每个结果仅为示意性的 AI 可视化效果，并非测量结果、报价、产品规格、生产文件、安装说明或安装保证。
- AI 可能改变或错误呈现颜色、比例、褶皱、纹理、光线、窗户结构、五金件及安装外观。
- 生成结果不确认产品供应、价格、适用性、尺寸、贴合度、遮光效果或安装要求。
- 购买前，请在普通产品配置器中再次确认所有订单选择、测量数据和产品规格。
- 如错误可能造成安全、贴合、结构或安装风险，请勿依赖 Studio 结果。
私密存储、下载与删除
Studio 项目仅对客户账户开放，并按照隐私政策处理。定期维护仅在对应私密存储对象删除成功后记录删除完成。
- 计划可用期限为：项目的私密源材料自最近一次生成后 30 天，生成结果自创建后 12 个月。
- 可用期限结束后，定期维护会认领记录、删除私密对象，然后记录完成；暂时失败会保持待处理并重试。
- 客户可在结果到期前下载，并可从账户申请删除单个结果或整个项目。
- 用户请求的删除功能已实现且可重试。如上传或生成仍在进行，删除可能显示为待处理；系统会在记录标记为已删除前重试私密存储删除。
- 如法律或合理业务义务要求，财务、安全、投诉和审计记录可能被单独保留。
服务提供商与支持审核
Blink 可使用经批准的私密存储、付款、安全及 AI 处理服务提供商来交付 Studio。具体服务提供商的隐私、保留、训练及海外处理条款会在上线前审查，并在隐私政策中说明。
- 不提供员工日常图像访问。
- 只有管理员可以为客户已报告的结果申请图像访问。必须填写书面理由并使用新的请求标识；系统会先记录审计，再签发五分钟链接，普通列表不会预加载图像。
- 除本条款外，服务提供商也可能适用其自身的安全规则。
- 如服务提供商、隐私、成本、滥用或安全控制需要，Blink 可分别暂停购买或生成功能。
澳大利亚消费者法与法定权利
我们的服务受澳大利亚消费者法下不可排除的消费者保障约束。本 AI Studio 条款受这些保障以及所有其他不可排除的法定权利和救济约束。
- 如果法律不允许排除、限制或修改某项权利、保障、救济或责任，本条款不会产生该等效果。
- 根据具体情况，法定救济可能包括修正服务问题、取消服务、退还未使用部分或减值金额，以及赔偿可合理预见的损失。

Custom Manufacturing & Made-to-Order Products
All BlinkBlinds products are custom manufactured to your exact specifications. Please read this section carefully before placing an order.
Manufacturing Process:
- All products are made to order based on your custom specifications
- Manufacturing begins within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
- Standard manufacturing timeframe: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
- Custom specifications cannot be changed once production has started
- Each product is individually crafted to your measurements and preferences
Delivery Timeframe:
- Manufacturing: 2-4 weeks
- Delivery: Additional 3-5 business days after manufacturing completion
- Total timeframe: Approximately 3-5 weeks from order to delivery
- You will receive updates at key milestones throughout the process
Returns & Refunds Policy
No Change of Mind Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each item is custom manufactured to your specific measurements and preferences and cannot be resold.
Quality Guarantee (1-Year Product Warranty):
We offer a 1-year product warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our work. If your product has a manufacturing defect within that period:
- Free remake of the defective product, or
- Full refund at our discretion
- Defects or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Photographic evidence may be required
Customer is responsible for delivery fees associated with warranty claims (return shipping and redelivery). This warranty covers the product only. It does not cover personal injury, damage to property other than the product itself, or consequential losses.
What Qualifies as a Defect:
- Manufacturing errors or workmanship issues
- Faulty mechanisms or components
- Products that do not match your confirmed specifications
- Damaged products (not caused by customer)
- Minor manufacturing tolerances (e.g. ±2–3 mm on dimensions) may apply and do not constitute a defect unless they materially affect fit or function
What is NOT Covered:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by customer
- Customer-caused damage after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Color variations due to different monitors/screens
- Natural variations in fabric or material texture, weave, or colour (including between batches or samples)
Australian Consumer Law: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Products must still be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
- Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
- Contact us immediately via email or phone
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Cancellation After 24 Hours:
- Manufacturing may have already commenced
- Cancellation assessed on a case-by-case basis
- Materials may have been cut or ordered
- Cancellation fees may apply to cover materials and labor
- Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible
Important: Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once manufacturing begins.
Measurements & Customer Responsibilities
As products are custom manufactured to your specifications, accurate measurements are critical.
Customer Responsibility:
- You are responsible for providing accurate measurements
- We strongly recommend professional measuring services
- Double-check all measurements before submitting your order
- Verify all customization options and preferences
- By submitting an order you confirm that all measurements and specifications are correct and that you accept responsibility for their accuracy
Incorrect Measurements:
- If measurements provided are incorrect, the product will be made to those measurements
- We are not liable for products made to customer-provided measurements
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for products made to incorrect customer-provided measurements
- Remake due to customer measurement error is at customer's expense; we may at our discretion offer a discount in exceptional circumstances
- Once manufactured, the product cannot be resold and is non-returnable
Measuring Assistance: We provide measuring guides and are available to answer questions. Please contact our team at hello@blinkblinds.com.au if you need help with measurements before placing your order.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have provided accurate measurements and verified all specifications
- Products are custom-made to your order and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of measurements and choices
- Once production has started, your order cannot be changed and sales are final subject to our cancellation policy
Installation
Blink Blinds products are primarily designed for DIY installation. Installation instructions are provided with each order.
DIY Installation:
- All products come with detailed installation instructions
- You are responsible for the correct installation of your products
- Blink Blinds is not liable for damage caused during self-installation
Professional Installation (Optional Add-On):
- We offer professional installation as an optional paid add-on service
- Installation pricing is based on the quantity of items in your order
- Installation is available in the Sydney metropolitan area only
- Installation fees are quoted at checkout and are in addition to product pricing
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Areas:
- Sydney metropolitan area — delivered by our own delivery team
- Australia-wide courier delivery is quoted by postcode at checkout where a live courier rate is available
- We do not currently ship internationally
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Delivery Timeframes:
- Manufacturing: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation
- Delivery: additional 3–5 business days after manufacturing completion
- Total estimated timeframe: approximately 3–5 weeks from order to delivery
- Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods
Receiving Your Delivery:
- Please inspect your products upon delivery
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect your claim

Quote validity
This quote is valid until the expiry date shown and may be revised if supplier pricing, freight, material costs, quantities, product selections, or site conditions change before order placement.
Final measure and scope
Pricing is based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final site measure, confirmed dimensions, access, product selections, controls, and installation method may change the final price.
Variations
Changes to quantities, dimensions, products, finishes, controls, access requirements, delivery, installation timing, or other scope after this quote is issued may be treated as a variation.
Electrical and specialist works
Electrical rough-in, final electrical connection, building works, engineering, reinforcement, custom brackets, and substrate rectification are excluded unless specifically stated in writing.
Warranty
Warranty applies in accordance with the relevant manufacturer warranty and Blink workmanship warranty, subject to normal use, suitable site conditions, and full payment being received.
Quote-specific terms
Custom-made products
Residential blinds and curtains are custom-made to the measurements and selections approved for the order. Change-of-mind returns are not available once manufacture has started.
Customer measurements
Where measurements are supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for checking that all widths, drops, rooms, quantities, and fitting types are correct before accepting the quote.
Lead time
Standard manufacture is usually 2 to 3 weeks, with shipping after manufacture where applicable. December and supplier constraints may extend this timeframe.
Acceptance terms
Acceptance
To proceed, approve this quote in writing and arrange the required payment or deposit. Manufacture, procurement, and scheduling start only after acceptance and required payment are received.
Ownership
Title to goods remains with Blink Blinds until all amounts owing under this quote and any approved variations have been paid in full.

Site access and readiness
The client is responsible for safe, clear, and suitable site access at the agreed measure or installation time, including completed preceding trades, suitable fixing conditions, and clear work areas.
Return visits and delays
If works cannot proceed because of denied access, incomplete preceding trades, unsafe conditions, incorrect scheduling, staging changes, or site conditions outside Blink control, additional attendance, labour, parking, access, and delay costs may apply.
Commercial payment terms
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, commercial payment terms may require deposit, progress payment, and balance on practical completion. Manufacture, procurement, and scheduling do not commence until written acceptance and required payment are received.
Acceptance terms
Acceptance
To proceed, approve this quote in writing and arrange the required payment or deposit. Manufacture, procurement, and scheduling start only after acceptance and required payment are received.
Ownership
