What you need to do
Three things, and the guides walk you through each one.
- Measure with the guide and helperType your readings into the measuring helper and order the size it gives you. It picks the narrowest width and shortest drop, so you don’t have to.Open the measuring helpers
- Fit it as the install guide showsPut the brackets or track where you measured from. A blind fitted lower or higher in the recess than you measured won’t match the size.Open the install guides
- Still doesn’t fit? Tell us within 30 daysRun the fit checks first, since most problems are a bracket or a stopper. Then send us a check measure with short videos of the tape.How to claim
Covered
- Roller blinds and curtains you ordered online with sizes you measured yourself.
- A blind or curtain that’s too wide, too narrow, too long or too short because of the measurement.
- One remake of each item, in the same fabric and options, at the corrected size.
- Delivery of the remake to the same address.
Not covered
- A second remake of the same item. It’s charged at the normal price.
- Changing fabric, colour, controls or fit type. That’s a new order.
- Windows that changed after you measured, such as a new frame or flooring.
- Damage from fitting, or a blind fitted somewhere other than where you measured.
- Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
Questions
- What if you made it to the wrong size?
- If it doesn’t match the size on your order, that’s our mistake. We remake it free every time, guarantee or not.
- Do I need to send the first one back?
- No. Keep it, give it away or recycle it.
- How long does a remake take?
- The same as a new order: made in 2–4 weeks, then a few days by courier. We start as soon as we’ve checked your videos.
- What if my recess is too shallow for the blind?
- The measuring helper checks recess depth and warns you before you order. If you ordered a recess fit anyway, ask us about remaking it as a face fit. A change of fit type is charged.
- I didn’t use the measuring helper. Am I covered?
- The guarantee covers sizes measured with our guide and helper. Email us anyway: we’ll look at your check measure and tell you what we can do.
- Does this change my rights under Australian Consumer Law?
- No. The fit guarantee is on top of your consumer guarantees and our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
