Roller blind not fitting right?

After it’s up

There are lines in the fabric: Fold lines from packing fade once the blind hangs fully down for at least three days.
How do I take the blind down?: Roll it up fully and firmly, turn the clear wheel at the idle end until it clicks, then lift the roll out of the brackets.
Can I move the chain to the other side?: Usually, with a change at the control end. Email us your order number and we’ll tell you how for your blind.
How do I clean it?: Dust or vacuum with a soft brush. Spot clean with mild soapy water and let it dry fully before rolling it up.
The chain is loose: Fix the tensioner so the loop hangs taut against the wall. It’s required, not optional.

Something not right?

Check these first. Most fit problems are solved here.

Brackets are where you measured from, and fitted as the install guide shows.
The blind is level across its width. Check with a spirit level.
Screws are tight and the brackets aren’t pulling away.
A few millimetres short of a bracket? Turn the clear wheel at the idle end clockwise to extend the pin.
Won’t roll all the way? Lift it out, roll the fabric up firmly by hand, and refit. This resets the chain stopper.

Measure the recess width at the top (bracket height), middle and bottom. Film the tape across each one, side to side, and email the numbers with the videos and your order number.
