There are no free generations. Payment keeps the service private, supported and protected from automated abuse.

After confirmed payment for your first eligible Studio Pass, we will email a separate account-bound voucher for a future qualifying order.
The voucher email is sent after payment is confirmed and includes the code, expiry date and conditions.

Your room stays in your account
Room photos and generated images are private account content, not a public inspiration gallery. The normalised copy used for generation has metadata removed; your private accepted original may retain embedded metadata.
Source photos
A source photo is available for 30 days after its latest generation. Scheduled deletion is retried and recorded complete only after private storage confirms removal; you can request deletion sooner.
Generated images
A generated result is available for 12 months. Scheduled deletion is retried and recorded complete only after private storage confirms removal; you can request deletion sooner.
Your controls
Download results, request deletion of source and generated images, and report a result from your Studio dashboard. Storage deletion is retried if it cannot complete immediately.

Common questions
Is AI Studio available now?
Yes. You can build a browser-local room and product preview, then sign in and use Studio credits to request image generation.
What does the A$10 Studio Pass include?
It includes 10 credits for 10 successfully delivered renders. There are no free generations, and technical failures restore the affected credit automatically.
Is the A$10 Studio Pass credited against my order?
Studio credits are only for image generation. Your first eligible paid pass separately creates one A$10 order voucher for an eligible custom blind or curtain order of at least A$250 including GST, subject to the voucher conditions.
Will every top-up create another voucher?
No. The launch order voucher is issued once after confirmed payment for the first eligible Studio Pass. A refill adds 10 Studio credits and does not include another order voucher.
What happens if generation fails?
A terminal technical, provider, storage or safety failure restores the credit automatically. A successfully delivered image that you simply do not prefer is not automatically refunded, but you can report a suspected defect for review.
How can I compare fabrics in my room?
Use AI Studio to preview supported products and colours in a photo of your room. The results are indicative: screens, room lighting and AI generation can change how colour and texture appear. Review the product specifications before ordering.
